The primary duty is to coordinate with outside groups to assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up for a great guest experience that exceeds their expectations.
The position is full time and requires 37.5 hours per week, usually Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Some seasonal overtime work, evenings, and weekends will be required.
The position is salaried and includes paid leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and an employer retirement contribution.
The successful candidate must be an active member of a Southern Baptist church. The successful candidate should be an efficient multi-tasker, highly attentive to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Lead all guest relations operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, bookings, and guest group communications for events.
Maintain booking and scheduling process and calendar.
Coordinate with staff of Falls Creek and Crosstimbers to provide the services needed for a successful guest experience.
Plan and budget for resources needed
Coordinate with social media and web personnel
Assist in the supervision of the front desk operations at the welcome center during the summer
