This position works full-time at the Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center.
The Camp Services Manager will oversee all aspects of the recruitment of summer staff for Falls Creek and CrossTimbers; be responsible for all camp recreational activities (other than ropes) including the supervision of all Falls Creek recreational summer staff; direct and supply management for First Aid Station; assist Guest Experience Leader with processing of contracts during Conference Season. Provide supportive leadership for the Conference Centers through serving on the Conference Centers Leadership staff.
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, some evenings and weekend hours will be routinely required in order to meet guests upon arrival for weekend events. The workdays are longer during the summer when camp is in session.

Qualified candidates must be an active member of a Southern Baptist church. A bachelor's degree is the preferred level of education. The candidate should be eager and willing to actively and warmly welcome and encourage guests.
